A person who has attained the age of eighteen years and successfully completed a Diploma, Degree, Pharm D / Pharm D (PB) Course in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India during completion of degree/diploma will be entitled to have his/her name entered as a pharmacist on the register of the Council and is subject to he/she resides or carries on the business or profession of pharmacy in the State of Gujarat.
Candidate will have to come personally to pharmacy council with all original documents as mentioned below and certified true-copies at pharmacy council office for registration.
